You're definitely not on your own, you've put over some great arguments and I've agreed with practically every word you've said. I've been working a lot this past week and not been able to post from work.

I worked in the public sector responsible for large sums of euro and national funding, and the procedures for tendering were absolutely watertight, there was no way of awarding contracts to mates etc. What has changed? And do these 3rd sector and private bodies not have contracts they are bound by or are they just being breached?
