Very much so. Serious interveiwers seem caught out by the actual f@€kwittery of the answers, are wrong footed and before they know it interview time is up. They come over as dumb but it's a clever, sneaky, snidey tactic and for those who want to see "the elites" dumbstruck it counts as a vote winner no matter the damage caused to the populace.

That is what I read but he thought that MPs needed about £115K to be at same standard of living, presumably he thinks MPs work more hours or similar. Basically a typical self-entitled Tory with absolutely no idea how the other half live and also no conscience to say it on the day they reduce the income of those most in need of money by over a grand.

I'm actually beginning to think they're wheeling these dinosaurs out on purpose just to remind the far right that they're still there.
