Though Hungary may have other ideas, albeit I do think Germany will win it. This is a massive result for Germany.

Portugal v France will be great entertainment. France could win the group or finish third. Portugal could win the group or finish 3rd/4th and not qualify for the last 16.

The starting 11 were fantastic,after the Germans made their subs the game was more even. I don't think they have the depth to win the tournament, but they'll be there or there about.

Anyway, the Bratwürste are on the grill and the Berliner Kindl is flowing, just gonna enjoy the moment while it lasts.

I know he has scored, and did well to go from box to box to get in position for a tap in. However Portugal, in this game, look like they have a man less. Ronaldo is like the rich mans Jamie Maclaren IMO. Although Germany have been very good.

I don't know what you mean by that, but I certainly didn't expect it.

Just meant that in the game this afternoon he walked away with a goal and an assist but thought he was anonymous for the rest of the game bar those two moments. Arguably he was a big factor in why Germany dominated the game so easily, IMO, although Germany did also play very well and Silva and Fernandez were also anonymous.

As for Fernandes it originally came from Merseyside ( not surprisingly) that he he doesnt turn up for big games. Some truth in that for me the more time goes on and the more i see of him.
