Duda again, they can’t get near him so they have to kick him. Can’t say I’ve heard of him before.
The lads had a cracking game hasnt he. Think he used to play for Hertha Berlin.

He’s done the trickery to beat people, the accurate through balls and the hard tackling defensive enforcer. It’s like he’s 3 players

Very close to an equaliser there for 10 man Poland. Still 2-1 in injury time.

Ooft! Bednarek needs to score that. Should have been 2-2.

Very promising start to this tournament so far. Tonight's game has potential to be excellent as well.

This could be a tight group with Sweden and Spain seemingly well matched and Poland with a decent performance tonight with ten men. Looking forward to seeing tonight’s game.

Surprised at the Spain team. Not sure who I expected them to have but that is far from a particularly strong side they’ve got out.

I heard they have only taken 24 players…why wouldn’t you take as many as you can, especially with covid complications always a possibility? Iago Aspas and Sergio Ramos sitting at home.

No Real players in the Spain squad for the first time EVER.

I think the stadium where this game is being played (in Seville) is where Celtic played their UEFA cup final, as far as I know no Spanish League team plays there.

Sweden going old school with a 4-4-2

He’s facing stiff competition but surely Danny Murphy must go down as dullest commentator ever.

Not me. I know it's become fashionable to moan about women pundits but she is doing my head in. Not even sure it's her punditry that's the problem. Might just be her voice/accent.

*I'm all for equality. I can't stand Lee Dixon, Jermaine Jenas, Stephen Craigen or Robbie Savage either.
I'm adding Danny Murphy to that list.

Nice looking stadium, makes you realise how dated Hampden Park is.

Not seen a team this dominant since opening night.

Spain should play Moreno up front instead of Morata.

They'd be better off playing me up front instead of Morata.

Kaspar Schmeichel, reiterating his dad’s opinion that the game last night should not have been restarted. UEFA insisting both times that the game was restarted at the request of both teams. I don’t know if any pressure was put on them but it appears to have been agreed. I wonder if the Schmeichels would have complained, had Denmark gone on to win the match.

They only agreed on it against the only other choice they were given of playing it the following lunchtime.

Fairly typical Spain to be honest. possession is everything but they "ponce" about too much on the ball, endless passes going nowhere. 0-0 after an hour they are playing Sweden not France /Italy/Portugal.

A very strange game. Sweden have done very little apart from being closest to scoring, twice.

He’s reminding me more and more of Ron Atkinson. The voice is almost exactly the same.

hahaha thought that earlier. He does make the odd good point but most of his "observations" are very negative.

How I long for David Coleman, no so called expert by his side, no endless opinion just simply "Jones, Clarke, 1-0." (Commentary 1972 FA Cup final)

Let’s hope Danny is more careful turning his mic off

Spain all fart and no poo. Been like that since David Villa and Fernando Torres stopped really.

Moreno is a cracking player. No idea why Morata continues to play ahead of him.
