    Emotionless/passionless

Seems to be running right through the club just now

From your captain, to the rest of the team, to your manager, to your sporting director

They all sound and act like robots. No-one overly pissed off at the previous 2 results.

They're all annoyed. Spouting emotional pish in public doesn't help. Correct to do their business behind the scenes

Why do you use the term 'your captain' and 'your manager' in your post.

I'd expect most hibbies to refer to them same as I do, and use the term 'our captain' etc as its our team, our club

It would be fair to say the players didn't really give a **** today even after that woeful performance on Wednesday night.

We could all do with dropping an e tonight! Making do with Strongbow instead. 🍺

What do you want them to do? Cry on camera? They need to to their talking on the park and nowhere else. If I didn't hear their voices again I couldn't care less.

Balance is wrong. It's important that strategic decision makers can put emotion to one side but if that emotion and fight isn't there for the players then it's gone too far.

    It’s a term of phrase

It’s a figure of speech (if that’s the right phrase), I know what he meant and thought it was pretty clear from his post that most people would have known what he meant.

Over exuberant distancing of oneself from any association with a team that is plummeting from grace after two rather abysmal performances in a row.

Have you seen any emotion or passion on the park? Cause I haven’t. Absolutely no reaction to Wednesday poor performance

Even though we were poor again today, I'm curious why you don't want to call it our club, our team.

The lack of visible passion/emotion throughout the leadership roles in our club is a common theme. A disconnect between clubs and fans.

  24. #23
Would be good if they could replace Leanne sometime soon.

Seems lack of leadership at the club.

The recruitment team need to find leaders to get us back on track - young up and coming loan players aren’t going to help unless they are really good and make an instant impact.

Why the **** do I have to refer to it as our club or our team? Does it make my point any less relevant hahaha

This place is so strange at times

The standards should be such at Hibs that anything less that 6 points in back to back home games against Ross County and Livingston is unacceptable. We have fell well short of that and I’d like to think there is anger at those last two performances internally.
We’ve tended to bounce back from bad results in recent times, but this is threatening to turn into a bad run. And our bad runs can be quite spectacular.

Graeme Mathie is a very similar to Cathro. A laptop guy with no leadership skills.

How is he seriously our Sporting Director. Your not telling me an intelligent ex player could not do his job? I am not saying Goc or Deek but your not telling me that the likes of Ian Murray, Gary Smith or dare i say someone like Michael Stewart do his gig. Someone that actually knows what it takes to become a professional footballer.

Not someone university graduate that is excellent on powerpoint. What do we pay Mathie? 100k a year? Absolute joke that theres loads of ex players overlooked for these types of roles.

Pretty sure Mathie is an ex professional footballer.

Mathie shouldn’t be in that again. Comment was pathetic saying he can’t comment.
