    A dangerous extremist right there.
I regard him as more of a village idiot than a dangerous extremist. Unless we mean he is extremely dangerous to the prospects of his own parliamentary career. Conservative Central Office candidate vetting has a lot to answer for. Mind you, so do most parties.

Yep, the problem is there’s a growing number of them, particularly in England. The more of them there are, the more of them get elected, and the more normalised their views become.

    Maybe sterilisation is an option.

Not sure we're exempt. It's not as if there haven't been suspensions of Scottish MPs and MSPs for various reasons...

Can’t recall any of them complaining about nationalising children or wanting folk sterilised, which is what I thought we were talking about.

The Tories seem to be determined to roll themselves in political **** and the smell of this one won't easily recede. Cummings isn't a genius he's a ****ing idiot who got lucky.

Prime Minister Starmer has a nice ring to it.

Just pointing out that other political idiots are also available including Scottish ones from a range of political parties across a wide spectrum of themes.

No it definitely does not. It is not traditional to add the PM's surname after "Prime Minister". It is an Americanisation that should not be encouraged!

I suspect parties which have been in Govt for the last 13 years - and especially leaders who have their fingerprints on both every action taken and every failure to act throughout that time - have more to fear on accountability than leaders who only entered parliament in 2015...

I stand corrected. That's what I get for re-watching the entire box set of the West Wing as my current pandemic escapism.

How many times do current leaders apologise for the failings of their predecessors?

I agree, hopefully by the time he is PM of england he will be able to work with the newly independent Scottish government to make the transition easy and to begin to work together as two friendly cooperative nations

Yeah, you don't get that if we go independent before the next UK election. You get a government beholden to a hostile, grumpy, sullen electorate with a point to prove about us breaking up the union and focussed entirely on rUK interests. See Brexit negotiations and consequences as a template.

Luckily it's highly unlikely there will be a second referendum before the next UK general election.

Hes a proven liar on subjects as diverse as Corbyn and communist spies and Indian call centres, with a record of Islamophobia and support for sterilizing chavs, but with a 16,000 majority he’s in the same safe seat bracket as Ian Murray. And equally as likely to get into a Union Jack suit, strangely. So, yes, you can call him an idiot if you want, but he’s undoubtedly dangerous, as are many of the new intake.

Yeah, it was a bit tongue in cheek, there is no chance of a Labour PM anytime soon.

The heart warming UK wide reaction to Rashford's campaign from businesses, councils and the general population says more about the real attitudes of the British people than any Tory MP ever could. Never forget that the majority of the electorate did not vote for them. There is hope moving forward.

Im loving the standard responses when these ****ers get busted, they say the tweet has been ‘taken out of all context’. If it’s so contextually ok, why do they always delete the tweet immediately after being pulled up for it?
