Trump’s quotes in Bob Woodward’s new book Rage areinteresting if not surprising. What does seem surprising is that Trump hasalready characterised it as a “political hit job by rapidly fading Bob Woodward”,yet he supposedly gave 18 interviews for it. This despite similarly dismissivecomments on Woodward’s previous book Fear, in which he called the book “fiction”and dismissed Woodward as a liar.

I think its narcissism, he can't deal with any criticism, but can't resist an opportunity to be the centre of attention even when he must know its likely to lead to criticism
