I don't know if it's Covid, the lack of a complementary NCAA season, the New England radical personnel changes or yet another 'behind-closed-doors' sport, but I just can't get excited for this coming season at all.
I really do wish this virus would just **** off already so we can get back to live, in-person experiences again. This was the first year I became eligible for a full Stanford season ticket, so I'm a little bitter...

As the opposite from you the Bengals personal changes and especially Joe Burrow has me very excited.
My first dive into fantasy has also added to the buzz.

I have Deshaun Watson and Edwards-Helaire both starting tonight, hoping it’s going to be a high scoring affair, neither team has elite defenses...

Miami look much improved since last year and were really unlucky not to get a penalty for the final interception. The AFC could be a really competitive division this year.
Newton looked really good and added a new dynamic to our offense. I like him.
Brady in another uniform is just wrong...

From a Miami perspective it was a mixed bag. Some good, some not so. We are a work in progress. The O line looked much improved, Fitzpatrick had time but as I said above NE were just on it in the secondary so he didn't have a lot to aim at.
This time last year we had just lost 59-10 at home to the Ravens and followed up with a 43-0 against the Pats. We are now a far better football team than that.PM Awards General Poster of The Year 2015, 2016, 2017. Probably robbed in other years

I watched till half way through the 3rd quarter of Seattle’s win over the Falcons. That was time enough to make Jamal Adams one of my all time favourite Seahawk players. Total force of nature, no idea he was so good. We have no presence at all on the O line or D line but enough in the skill positions to force wins. Russell Wilson is just faultless.

49ers underwhelming. Garropolo is just a below average QB riding a strong team. Kyler Murray is a great QB trying to run a relatively weak team.

I’ve always had a soft spot for the vikings, but this is going to be a tough year. Not much happening either side of the ball, especially on offence.

Although hes sprained his ankle, they could rest him second half I think and they’d still beat the jets.

Big Ben on fire so far. I’m a Steelers man and if he puts in a big season he could be looking at MVP.

It’s been a hell of a day for injuries!

Rivers has started scrambling, this vikings performance must go down as one of the worst I’ve seen.

The outcome I expected last night, but we're perhaps not the hopeless case many were making us out to be before the season started.
Cam looks sharp. He made the wrong call in the dying seconds, but he had a superb night in the air and on the ground.
I fancy Seattle are going to have a pretty solid season. Wilson looks dialed in right now and Metcalf, Lockett, Dunbar all made our secondary look suspect last night.
