I'm really excited to see what else Mincemeat can bring to the table. Hopefully he doesn't make a butcher's of his next chance or we'll be bleating about it on here until the cows come home. On the other hand, he can beef up his value by scoring a couple and leave some on here feeling rather sheepish.

So, it's possible that we could have a line-up that includes...

Gray & Drey, Allan & Mallan, Doig & Doidge.

This is gonna get very confusing.

He didn’t impress me either but early days yet.

    He looks quite raw.
Can see why we signed him in a positive note.
But expect him to be benched a few times for tricky away games when doidge can hold up better and buy us a free kick.
Overall seen worse debuts and assist is a terrific start for any signing.
He will improve as will hibs.

For me though Boyle especially at home should be played up front Easter road is a big pitch. Loads of room when we let a team come on to us.

Thought he took up good positions, too many balls played to him
On top of his head which makes it easy for the defender.
We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, therefore, is not an act but a habit.

I can't wait until he forms a partnership with Doidge - they can be known as NAD and we can shout, Go NADs

Didn't see the full 90 minutes but I guess an assist on your debut ain't bad.

Hopefully we’ve learned from the Doidge situation last season and give KN plenty time to get himself up to speed. Very nice bit of play for the first goal yesterday, struggled on his own up front after that.

Nobody said he had an amazing game but his assist for the first goal was enough for me to ensure his performance couldnt be described as mince.

    I like him.

First 30 minutes or so when he was actually getting the ball he looked good and had some really nice link up play both with his head and feet.

After that he was very isolated and just getting long balls up to him which he couldn’t do much about.

He will be a big player for us.

Thought the laddie showed great promise yesterday. Will take a bit of time for him to settle in, having just moved up to the top flight.
Can see him becoming a real stand-out performer for us.

He’s moved up 2 flights in 2 seasons, so we need to show him a bit of patience
    I’m sure he’ll come good

I got tired of hearing the many variations of Riordan in the terraces. It's not difficult!

I thought he'd been Kidnapped when I didn't see him in the starting eleven.
Mature, sensible signature required for responsible position. Good prospects for the right candidate. Apply within.

Need to cut the boy a wee bit of slack.

Looked the real deal with the Pars.

Nice through ball for Boyler’s first.

Looking forward to seeing him up front feeding off Doidge’s flicks and knockdowns

Doidge struggled for the first couple of months and I don’t think we will have to wait as long for Kevin Nisbet to hit the ground running and open his account

  31. #60
Thought Nisbet started all right yesterday. Did well for the goal.

Struggled after we changed the shape. It’s not as if he had a disaster but he’ll need to be better than he was yesterday to stay in the team.

Step up so might take him a bit of time. Same with Doig. I hope we stick with them.
