I've been watching loads of Anthony Bourdain Parts Unknown lately. Great show.
Just came on this thread to mention this show, fantastic show and much more than just a food or travel show, history and politics play a huge part also. Bourdain is excellent in it, sad he’s no longer with us.

I really enjoyed the first part of The Salisbury Poisoning on bbc one last night. The production is quite low key but it was extremely well done, it really is an unbelievable story, hard to believe it was 2 years ago now.

Aye it was very good. Looking forward to part 2 tonight, good that they're showing it over 3 nights.

I've whizzed through the first series in the last week, it really is great tv.

I've just finished the episode in Sicily with the dodgy fisherman chucking dead Octopus into the water while Bourdain is snorkeling and he gets absolutely trashed after

I watched the first part of Murder in the Car Park tonight, I honestly can’t believe I’d never heard this story until someone on here recommend the Podcast, Untold: The Daniel Morgan story. It really is an unbelievable story, sadly I don’t think his family will ever get justice.

Watched Everton: Howard’s Way, about Howard Kendall’s team of the mid 80s. Really enjoyed it.

Watching I Know This Much Is True with Mark Ruffalo on Sky just now, excellent even if it is sometimes hard to watch.

The BBCs Glastonbury weekend is superb. Currently watching Radiohead from 1997.

Athlete A on Netflix is disturbing viewing.

Horrible to think of what these young girls experienced and will have to live with for the rest of their lives.

What's even more horrible is that its probably the tip of the iceberg around the world. Paedophiles will target organisations like this everywhere.

It beggars belief that adults who should know better choose to protect them in the name of winning medals rather than protecting children.

If you're looking for a decent detective series, then you could do worse than Cardinal on BBC iplayer.

Finished white lines on Netflix this week, don’t know what to think about it really, enjoyed the story but some of the ‘trouble’ the characters found themselves in along the way was pretty outrageous, soundtrack was great though

Just finished Ray Donovan - really good series. Disappointed to read there is no season 8.

It’s cos they were all in Ibiza, there’s no other place in the world like it. It’s amazing, you’re free to do whatever you like and everyone’s cool about it.

At least that’s what I took from that show.

Thought he was pretty poor when we had him on loan a few years ago

Love the concept but the contestants annoyed me so much I had to turn it off after the first run

I’m watching Firefly on prime. I’m absolutely loving it, god knows why it was cancelled after one series.

I was the same, 6 episodes in and I’m still the same I can’t stop watching it and I’ve no idea why

Ambulance on BBC One started back tonight.

Really good show but it leaves me in bits every time I watch it. The lonely old people always get to me.
Another tough watch tonight but a really well put together show. Great insight into the practical and personal aspect of the job. Nothing but admiration for these people.

Going to watch it on catch up. It's a show that is both sensitively put together but anything but sugar coated at the same time.

Touching the Void has just started on 4. We'll worth a watch.

Just watched it. Jeezo. Tough decision for the boy to make. Noticed in the end credits he got heavily criticised for his choice by other climbers. No climbing experience whatsoever but didn't see what else he could do.

Probably been mentioned already as it is six year old, TV Movie called Marvellous. It's about Neil Baldwin who has learning difficulties, Stoke City daft and Lou Macari gives him a job while manager at Stoke

It was on BBC the other night so should be available on catch up

    Neil Baldwin

It's probably an oversimplification on my part but if he hadn't cut the rope both of them would have died. He cut the rope and both survived. He made the correct decision.

Yates and Simpson are no longer on speaking terms but Simpson has always defended Yates and said he would have done exactly the same thing had the roles been reversed.

With Toby Jones? Yeah, that was excellent.
