The court case chat from the media is probably an indirect attempt to coerce clubs into voting though reconstruction. Wouldn't be surprised to see the media Jambos ramp it up in the run up to the vote on reconstruction.

I think that I read somewhere that the proposal is likely to to be for a 14 team Premiership and two other clubs added to the second division or three leagues of 14 with two clubs added to the set up.
What vote would be required to carry either motion?

Before they ramp the court case expectations up beyond the reality of their situation they should remember that a member club of an National Association affiliated to UEFA their registration with said National Association requires them to accept, agree and abide by Schedules 59 & 60 of the UEFA Statutes, which become legally binding upon them. They must accept the jurisdiction of the Court of Arbitration in Sport, based in Lausanne in Switzerland to the exlusion of all others.

They'll need to pay for legal advice to tell them if suing themselves is doable first -they are a member of the SPFL and possibly have a joint an several liability.

Mind you if they could owe all those millions to themselves who knows the limit of their gullibility.

Just to clarify something that may have been mentioned previously but if The Huns and the Diet-Huns sue the SPFL, is it the Board members they are suing? If not, they will be suing the teams in the SPFL? I can see that going down well
