Don't t disagree with anything apart from in sure UEFA said what happens with individual countries leugues is their decision.
Yes the are fronting up about European cups but if as expected we finish the leuges as they are then I doubt it will be a problem.

You also have the scenario where the individual associations could come together and stand firm. If they all decide to end the leagues now they’ll have called UEFA’s bluff. UEFA would have no option but to hold their competitions based on the finishing positions from the curtailed season. Unless they keep the same teams from this season in next year’s competitions.

so, not just any kind of court case,it has to be a"Huge" court case, size really is important to them, when will they twig that it's their obsession with being 'big' and 'huge' that's taking them down a league...but at least they will have the biggest unfinished main stand in scottish football,and probably the largest debts as well, fame at last for the sparryheids

For reconstruction they need 11 of the 12 premier clubs to vote in favour. They also need 75% of the other leagues clubs to vote in favour. Those a challenging numbers for them to achieve.
