    Is it?

    How so?

Hibs can't set a Scottish Cup price without our opponents agreeing.

The sfa rules say Scottish cup games must be a minimum of £8. That’s all. They have nothing to do with whether Hibs and whoever agree £15 or £22.

Also thought both clubs have to agree pricing prior to semi and final

Partly true, as the rule also states:

“If the clubs are unable to agree, the charges which are normally made for the regular fixtures of the club at whose ground the match is to be played, will apply.”

They do need to agree the pricing otherwise the normal pricing applies.

So they definitely did agree for the BSC game then.

I wouldn’t say “definitely” but yeah it’s likely they did agree.

They are so good that people buy season tickets for the South Lower that they only intend to use three or four times a season!

You can't buy a Season Ticket for the South Lower.

I'm sure he meant FF Lower but good spot.

    Deserved point to you.

Well if they didn’t, they would have to have charged BSC’s usual prices, no?

    That's my understanding.

Exactly and as I don’t know their pricing I wouldn’t say “definitely”.

Ultimately the point is both clubs need to agree the price otherwise it will be £22 for the QF

BSC obviously wanted to maximise the money they made. Hibs obviously happy to go with that. £20 to stand on a wee grass verge. Great value.

I see that the Motherwell v St Mirren replay has been priced at £12 adults, £6 concessions and £3 under 16's.

I bet the winners charge more when it's the quarter final.

Like the one we're through to.

It's a joke that just over two weeks before one of the games could potentially kick off we are still awaiting for the times/dates.

Just realised that there is a possibility of a Hibs v Aberdeen and Celtic v Hearts semi final draw. I think that's happened before in recent years, but have erased that year's competition from my memory banks.

Thoughts on another Hibs v Hearts final?

If Hearts beat Sevco, there is as much chance we would get them in the semi.........which in some ways I would prefer

Like they didn't beat them last month.

Main focus is on Hibs being in the semi final. Don't care about the rest.

Still less than 6000 turned up. So this is the issue with reducing prices from £22 to £15. It doesn't increase the attendance and the clubs lose money so doesn't make any sense sadly.

Given his shocking treatment by the SFA and their contemptable processes should we give cup winning legend James Keatings a rousing reception when he takes to the field next week...and then pelters when ever he gets on the ball?

We should give him the applause he deserves but in the 80th min ,when he is getting subbed off and we’re winning 3-0 😉

If we applaud Keatings then he'll run to the wrong bench
Mature, sensible signature required for responsible position. Good prospects for the right candidate. Apply within.

Tickets booked for us. Looking forward to it. Not sure why I always leave these things to the last minute. Adds to the excitement I guess!

There was only 5,250 at the league fixture on Saturday 24th August. If we’re making one game conclusions would it not show that the lower prices actually increased the attendance?
