Thread: Killie v Hibs

  1. #31
Dicker and Power will kick Allan and Boyle at any chance they get to put them of their game, as per Vigurs with Boyle ref will give them about 5 fouls each before a booking ...the key today will be our players desire to win ...not sure Newell can cope as the only natural left sides player in our team on the left side ..but we need a result so maybe a bit of risk game same team as Wednesday and get at them higher up the park.

Newell as a LWB gets more space than he would as a winger so whilst it’s not his natural position, he can adapt a bit easier to it, plus his delivery is far better than Lewis’s.

Slivka done well but Omeonga is a better player. The energy he and Docherty bring to the middle will be important against Killie.

Allan is key to unlock the runs of Boyle and McNulty whilst Doidge holds the play up well and creates those spaces.

Killie are decent and I’m predicting goals with Hibs edging it 2-3 or 1-2.

I didn’t realise a Killie win drops us into the bottom 6.

And a win today puts us just 5 points behind Dons and Motherwell

So tight, a draw would be a good result today.

Yes i would take a draw now these plastic pitches are a big advantage to the home team similar to the Jambos basketball size pitch.

Decided to turn round and head home, just seen a video taken in Killie. No way this match is going to happen.

Kilmarnock also host Hibs today and the Ayrshire club reassured supporters: "Dennis may be a menace but there's no threat to today's match.

Me too, but if we have real ambitions to play European football next season these are games we have to win.

Can see a 2-2 in this one but could go either way.

Some really awful decisions by Scottish League and referees to force games to go ahead in the last couple of weeks.

Such vital games being played in atrocious conditions.

A draw away to Killie is a decent result at any time, especially today.

We live in Scotland. Same for both teams. Get on with it.

Brilliant all things considered. But extremely frustrating to think we drew with St Mirren recently when both Aberdeen and MWell dropped all 3 -i think.

And I believe Livi dropped points that day?

    Anyway pretty frustrating. Never mind.
5 behind the sheep with us still to play them twice would be A-OK

Killie going without Findlay and Burke is decent. Two teams likely to have the same formations.

    That’s the way.

Gray, James, Naismith, Whitts, Porto, Mallan and Hallberg miss out.
