Oft.... there you go. For those looking in all that money spent on the single tiered mega stand for a capacity around 400 less than us with no scope to expand. O and one stand that is already rusting, not even UEFA Compliant and cost more than our whole stadium (or there abouts)

When you add in the seats that would have been taken out if they had finished the job it takes the capacity over 20k.

By saving seats that would have been lost they have increase the capacity.

I honestly think the 20k capacity was calculated on the original design of the new stand, before somebody reminded them that they needed to remove some of the seats for the dugouts, press area, directors' box and TV area.

...oh and the seats behind the roof pillars with no view of the pitch.
