Throughout this whole saga I've hoped for a scenario where Sevco have to argue vehemently that they are a new club.

This may be that situation.

That would never have been an issue, sadly. The rules are clear that the 25 point penalty would have applied, even where ownership of the club had changed.

CWG can be a miserable git when it comes to the Sevco circus but I on the other hand am a bundle of cheer and joy. Not very much different from what Phil Mac was reporting the day before but here is JJ's latest musings......

CWG (or anyone else for that matter) - why can't the rest of the board remove King from his position as Chairman? Is it based on the fear that he will call in any debts he is owed?

It's also possible that he still has sufficient support within the Board, and the wider shareholding, to enable him to hang on.

It’s possible that nobody can afford to offend anyone too much as they all have loans that they can call in at anytime and bring the whole thing crashing down.
