Got tickets in yesterdays pre sale for Noel Gallagher at the Hydro, not cheap £248 for 4 standing tickets including the fees they add on, £6.70 per ticket on Ticketmaster plus £2.20 postage, had to pre order the new album and poster as well.
For this gig the lead bookers name will be on ALL the tickets and you all have to arrive at the same time as the lead booker has to show ID or nobody gets in. Its a good idea i suppose as it should stop touts selling on for huge prices but it also means you cant buy them as gifts for people.Last edited by Hermit Crab; 28-09-2017 at 08:23 AM.

Agree, the hydro is crap unless you're standing, which I'm not for LG but I am for NG.

I just think it’s too large.
Btw one of my mates bought tickets (standing) and flights to Belgium for NG for the same price as a standing ticket for the hydro

So why in the UK do we have to pay so much for tickets? I blame Petrie.

I saw The National again last week, and also Nick Cave on Saturday. I think he might be the best live performer I've ever seen, it was absolutely amazing.
Manic Street Preachers, Roddy Woomble, Placebo, The Xcerts, We Were Promised Jetpacks, The Cribs up in the next few months.

There will be a mega music festival at the O2 in London 2018. I don't know the lineup but hear it will be extraordinary. I am getting tickets for this.
Just did pre-sale tickets for Pink 5/18 and Sam Smith 8/18 in LA.
AMAs coming up Nov 19th in LA.

Frightened Rabbit with the Scottish National Orchestra at Paisley Abbey was really good
Such a unique venue and playing with an Orchestra Forces some new arrangements to familiar songs Finished with Keep Yourself Warm and it soared snd soared

I’m now having to take my wee boy to concerts. Did John Legend at the O2.
Soon, I’ll be just the taxi service, though.
