    Diabetics

Reading the thread on the main forum got me thinking. Do any t1d have any experience working shifts 3 shift 6-2 2-10 10-6 my blood pressure has been terrible and wondering if this could be having an impact on it.?

It probably does have an affect. My daughter is type 1 she's still at school but from day to day it can be difficult to keep her blood levels steady depending on what a she is doing one day she can be really active and going places and the next she can be lazy little sod,so it does vary.

I'd say your body will get used to sleeping at certain times and eating at certain times then you are changing your patterns due to work.

    Hope that makes sense.
