This is where being a rookie is hard, just following the latest trend and selecting the St Louis Rams Defense.

There is plenty of info out there for rookies. This is only my third season. There are some rules of thumb but even they vary depending on 8, 10, 12, 14, 16 man leagues. There is no definitive answer because this is a very tough game and anything can happen e.g., Tom Brady being knocked out for the season after only 7 minutes against KC a few years ago. Rookies can explode and dislodge veterans. Lots of moving parts.

yeah I've been doing my research, just things like taking a good D over a back up RB as I dont want to wait 25 picks and risk having a poor D. Reasonably happy with my team so far.

Good advice. Last year we only had 10 players, I don't think it was 12?, and there are many more good picks available. For 16 man leagues you need to fill your positions before starting on your bench. Again, there are exceptions. FOr me, the TE position is not as important since there aren't a huge number of great ones so I will take my chances with N.E. Other or a sleeper. I don't care too much about D/ST since unless you get the BEST, the rest are pretty much the same. Same goes for kickers.

I *think* mobile users need to install the Sheets app. I tried accessing via a browser on my iPhone and I couldn't do anything other than view. I've set sharing to allow anyone with the link the ability to edit. If this is a massive pain for mobile users then they can still just post their picks here and have some other helpful soul update the sheet (or you can install the Sheets app - I will try than out and see what happens). The idea is to make this easier rather than harder.

It kinda works for me but you have to be careful as I was unable to find an Undo command. I accidentally edited "Shane Vereen" to "y", couldn't undo so had to edit it again. I think that if you're careful you should be all set.
