Article still there, he can print what he likes and I can't imagine EEN pulling a story like that, there's not even a story wrapped up in all the pash he's spouted.

Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the former.

I see a few from Brokeback are watching this thread. Really funny how most are saying this site will be going into meltdown and how we will be on suicide watch. Sorry lads, if and when you come out admin you are now owned by a group with little to no money. FACT! You won't be spending anything like before FACT. Your team really will be full of pish poor players from now on FACT. I hope Rudi comes back because at 34 and not played for 8 months I think you'll find he's not fit and well past it. So you keep trucking girls, your doing great :D
    Priceless mate. FACT

It never takes long for Banderson's good news stories to unravel, but this one could be a new record!
It does make you smile. I have visions of a 'Comical Ali moment' in the next couple of years: Banderson in front of the PBS telling the camera that Hearts are in no trouble, and they will be playing their Division One games at Tynecastle next season, while the bulldozers are busy razing the asbestos ridden hovel in the background.

This is what I've been saying. Barry's trumpeting about formalities and rubber stamps doesn't actually help Hearts at all, but the fact our friends on JKB cling onto his good news stories like they were gospel is most pleasing.

I'm thinking that this story comes from the over active imagination of David Southern. Given that Southern's Kickback stooge and Banderson are the only ones who knew anything about it you really have to think that he's the source.

Exactly, and they are creaming themselves as well. Unreal how thick they actually are.

" There is now a verbal agreement between both parties for the transfer of shares at an agreed price. "
Is a " Verbal agreement " binding under Scot's Law ? Or any other law for that matter.

It is indeed for many things. However, the problems start when one has to try and prove the existence of such agreement. That's why most agreements are formalised in writing.

    Then what?

Their operational costs must be huge, as didn't BDO have around Ŗ700k in the bank not so long ago. What's their monthly running costs, and without flogging season tickets for League 1 next season, which by their own admission they don't want to do, how else will they raise the money to see them to the seasons end?

I'm still of the opinion that they'll be embroiled in a protracted legal process in Lithuania (even more so now than I was several months ago), so if this indeed the case, how will they continue to plod on and what sort of figure is needed to see them start next season?
Some cash from the semi, perhaps an Easter themed jamboree featuring home baking and face painting, and maybe some kind hearted Hibees could donate some of their winnings from backing Hear7s to get relegated?

Yeah, but on the other hand, some Yams have said we are forever in their shadow and Tynecastle will be redeveloped with a new Ŗ50m hotel and main stand, cementing its place at the pinnacle of Mister Romanov's much admired pyramid structure and, indeed, positioning Hearts amongst the European elite.

    Who to believe?

Certainly a more realistic valuation than Vlad's Ŗ 50 million of a year ago.

Banderson's article couldn't have been rubber stamped then.
    Absolutely LOVIN' this.

Daily Hun also now changed its heading from "Hearts Saved" to "Hope for Hearts".

This whole affair making the media, journos and Yams fans look like desperate chumps of the highest order.

It is quite hilarious this, even now, taking into account all his ******-ups - they still take 'Banderson' serious !!. The shares are frozen pending a criminal-investigation involving Ŗmillions/billions ?? - involving a guy who's still to be apprehended so he can give his side of things - all in a part of the world where the legal-process makes ours seem stream-lined !!.

Yet 'Banderson' makes it appear like a simple-formality and they've all got erections - DESPITE their own crowd (FOH) saying 'nothing's changed' - they really do defy logic !!

They do deserve credit though, for making all of this so damned enjoyable - 'Sick-Bag' is just an absolute delight !!!

Frank Sauzee is the multi capped French international footballer who played in and won the Champions League final in 1993. The other one hasn't attained anything like that in his rather journeyman type career being moved about at the whim of Mr Romanov sir - once got punted rather quickly by Southampton after they realised how the yam transfer moneygoround worked and what they had got for their money.

"I did not need any persuasion to play for such a great club, the Hibs result is still one of the first I look for"

Presumably this all ties in with Southern's Kickback stooge wittering on about "4-6 weeks" yesterday.

I predict that all that will have happened in 4-6 weeks is that Hearts will have been relegated.
He is sticking to his 4-6 week mantra today also.
