It will be based on many many assumptions, all best case scenario. It will probably be based on current wage bill, top 6 finish and the same amount of punters through the door as last season

Stolen from Brokeback, but this analogy made me smile in admiration;

One day the houe I was renting got sold to a new landlord. That was nice, as it was getting pretty run down. The front door didn't close right, the furnace was balky, and the roof leaked in one spot. He said he was going to spend a bunch of money to improve it, so I was happy.

Later that month workmen showed up at the house. I was happy, because I thought they were going to fix the problems. Instead, they came in and put gold-plated faucets in all the washrooms. They looked really nice, but because the roof still leaked some of them got tarnished.

A few years later the landlord came back and told me he'd fired the workmen who put in the gold faucets because they were getting tarnished. He then had a different set of workmen come over and rip out the gold faucets and instead put in a hot tub. He showed me some nice drawings for fixing the roof by replacing it with an expensive slate roof.

A few years after that more workmen showed up, and I thought maybe they were going to start on the roof and the door, but instead they went and added a sauna and a beer tap to the washroom next to the hot tub. The roof still leaked, but at least I had some fun parties there.

A year after that, a man from the government came to my door and told me they were shutting off my phone line because my landlord hadn't paid for the sauna. I told him I hadn't really wanted the sauna, but whatever.

About six months later they came in and repossessed the sauna and the hot tub and the beer tap. My landlord said he was broke from spending all his money on fancy things for my house, and wanted to sell the house to me for three times what he'd paid for it. I asked him if he'd fix the roof. He said if I gave him six months advance rent he'd fix it. I gave it to him, and he disappeared to Chechnya.

Finally the house got foreclosed upon. I have a few months for another landlord to buy the house before they throw me out. To stay there, I have to pay double rent now.

What a great landlord he was!!!

There must be an element of prediction tied in there as i am assuming its based on HoMFC being in the top tier of the new SPFL. Something that looks very unlikely for the coming season or the one thereafter.
