Do they know that they have to satisfy the secured creditors as well?
Do they know that they have to survive long enough, without cash, for a CVA to be drafted, distributed and agreed?
Do they know that there has to be someone with enough cash to fund a CVA, the secured creditors and working capital for an entire season?
Do they know that their best chance of surviving debt-free is through a New Company, starting off in Division 3?

It's only a few weeks since they were slagging us for praising our support after being beaten on the park.
Roasters.

IF they get out of administration they will do so with a squad that looks like it would need at least a 15 point start to avoid relegation
They're already 15 points adrift at the foot of the table
They can't sign any players
They'll still have no money
Those are all certainties, but they also might or might not have a ground to play in - if they do it's in serious need of repair (painted steps notwithstanding).
That's what they're all praying will happen.

Hearts warned there will be no quick fix
http://www.scotsman.com/sport/footba...-fix-1-2973233
HEARTS were today warned that it will take months for the club to exit administration. Manager Gary Locke will start the new season with one of the youngest teams in Tynecastle history as he tries to claw back a 15-point deficit whilst unable to register new players.
The club have been deducted 15 points and banned from registering new players after entering administration, which Jackson said will take months to complete. Scottish Premier League rules, which will soon transfer to the new Scottish Professional Football League, prevent any club registering new players whilst in administration. There is a strong chance Hearts could remain under BDO’s command beyond the end of the summer transfer window on August 31.
Jackson admitted they will be forced to supplement their squad by promoting more players from the Riccarton youth academy.
“It’s not possible to be out of administration before the season starts,” he said. “Getting out of administration takes months because you have statutory duties, timescales and different meetings to attend to that you must give advance notice of.
“Even if you had an acceptable offer for the business, these things don’t run smoothly. There are always complications.”

So, if they can't cough up the readies to pay back the money owed to UBIG or make a deal with them, they (UBIG) could insist on the stadium being sold to try and recoup what they're owed.

Even in retirement I can't keep up with this thread - anything happen in the last 9 pages?
Anyway here's my news …
Not much of a queue at 10:21 this morning.20130621_102128.jpg
That lassie coming out by the way is a worker type.
Talking with a TV crew there who had been put there to interview ST buyers said there had been NO ONE since they arrived earlier in the morning.
Enquiring about the strips (which they didn't know about but do now) they did say there had only been a delivery by a beer lorry yesterday
to which I replied the champagne lorry did the same at ER
Space to let

The Hearts Song
Way down in gorgie where the tramps sing the sash,
They're crapping themselves cos they've ran out o cash,
The biscuit tins empty their down to the bone,
And not even wonga will give them a loan
Debts , debts mountains of debts
The bailiffs are chapping the door
The new gorgie tescos going up soon
There'll not be a trace of the boys in maroon
There was another one a few years ago which started "Away up in Gorgie at tynecastle park. There's a big fitbaw team that is wide o' the mark" Can anyone remember it?
