thing is Andy, they dont have any money. The admins need money to keep things ticking along until a CVA and a buyer can be found. Doesnt matter how much they slash the wage bill and cut costs, they have no money to pay anything. Originally Posted by Andy74

Can the admins come in, have look at the creditors and the state of their accounts and immediately liquidate? I cant see how they can do anything if there is no money to pay anything just now. The admins will have their fees, staff will have their salaries, utility bills, rents and taxes will still continue to mount up?
