    Never mind, I'm learning mainly that distance isn't an issue if two Hearts are loyal and those with the biggest Hearts always suffer the most. Oh, and clear eyes and full Hearts can't lose.

    Can't say it bothers me if they get away with relegation. Hearts are absolutely ****ed here either way. This was simply a wee sideshow to keep us entertained before the main event

    "The board are not satisfied, on the basis of information currently available to it, that an Insolvency Event (a defined by SPL rules) occurred in repsect of UBIG during season 2012/13."

    That's quite surprising - Yams make it through by the skin of their baws - BUT... surely this is only putting off the inevitable, which begs the question, CAN the SPL allow Hearts to participate in the new season given that they currently seem quite unlikely to survive it???? (I'm sure there's some rule that clubs have to be able to guarantee that they can fulfill their fixture list).

    Sounds like a get out if new information comes in (eg a court hearing in Lithuania further to the declaration). IMO they've ruled that the declaration to the Lithuanian Govt by itself is not equivalent to a Scottish insolvency process.
