I think too many folk on here are celebrating a bit to prematurely..... I think tomorrow is going to be a big let down for some people. I can see this time tomorrow coming and hearts wont have lost any points. just saying like. I worry you may be right. However it is clear the endgame is in sight.

The UBIG loan is repayable in full in July. There is no way that Hearts can pay or re-negotiate that debt and therefore continues to trade whilst knowing full well that it cannot meet its debts. By rights the club should be declaring itself insolvent right now.

so, a club that cant pay it's debts...to a company that has declared that it cant pay it's debts and declares itself insolvent by law. intrigue, where does it all end.

I asked that question on pm board. Yams stated payment had been made to HMRC but no indication given of value. I would seriously doubt they have paid £500k.
