    I guess it was action by Companies house. Their accounts were due in April 2012, 1st Gazette notice was in November 2012.The hearts dinked around with the articles of Association of the company in January of this year for no obvious purpose.

    Guess the great escape plan got overtaken by events in Lithuania, shame !
