I think you've won here in all honesty. A first round draft pick in return for an injury risk who's trade also removes some of the salary cap. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
Revis is a good player but the first round draft pick allows you to start rebuilding for the future and freeing up some room to acquire new talent in the coming seasons![]()

The Buccs were a good team last season let down by the leagues worst secondary. Theyve now broken the bank to bring in Revis from the Jets and Goldson from the 49ers. Another definite contender IMO.

First game for revis + the fucs is against...JETS, should be fun. Incidentally that should be tampa skint for the next couple of years, they splashed out last year signing carl nicks + vincent jackson and now goldson + revis + casillas, methinks josh freeman won't be getting his contract renewed now ;)

Just doing a bit of catch up while watching the Hibs game. The Buckeyes played, well they played themselves in a scarlet v grey bounce type game last weekend. Game was played at the Bengals stadium and the thing that stands out to me is that the crowd was 37,643

Who's idea is it to go with a west coast offence when we've got this guy as QB.

http://ftw.usatoday.com/2013/04/sec-...me-attendance/ some crazy spring game attendances from auburn and alabama, SEC teams looking like they will carry on their recent strong showings, the dominant division and as some pundits call it, the NFC SE ;)

2013 1st round draft tonight, im predicting the Saints to draft Kenny Vaccaro or Sheldon Richardson, the popular pick would be Barkevious Mingo but its not often a team picks the player the fans want
i dont think any QB will go in the 1st round this year, not 1 of them comes across as a franchise ready QB, they all look like backups TBH, im also keeping a look out for Terron Armstead an OT who had a brilliant combine and Tyrann Mathieu a top player with some off field shenanigans to his name
mind you with a dad in jail for murder an absent mum and being adopted by your aunt and uncle id say hes done well for himself to get this far

NFL Network trolling the Jets for drafting a CB. They're forgetting that we'll not be Milliner $16 million per year. I'd take Nasib next just to p off the Bills for screwing us out of Tavon Austin
Can't believe Floyd is still on the board.

Floyd has gone, Teo will go soon but I dont see Geno going in the 1st now
Still, booing your draft picks? Jets-class.

I think that the Rams have done well here. Trade up for a great player and trade down to facilitate it, but maintain your two first rounders. Looking forward to our picks tomorrow now!

All the "experts" plus all of twitter agreed the Jessies booed that second pick.
Im a bit pissed we traded but we got 4 more for it... Not sure who we go for now anyways.

Datone Jones was our first pick, I dont know much about him but plays in an area needing looked at IMO.

Surprised. I only saw him in the combine but he looked scary. The Vikings must be delighted to get him at 23.

It's strange - for all I love both the NCAA and the NFL, I just can't get excited about the draft. Same every year.
Most likely because we're never in a position to capture any of the REALLY exciting names (and not that I wish for that). It's hard to stitch my own back with these shaky hands

Typical Jets. They do something right and then 10 mins later they totally blow it. Dee Millner looks the part and is by far the best CB in the draft. With Revis leaving it makes sense and I've no complaints there. Then it comes to Sheldon Richardson
. Don't get me wrong, he's a good player but I don't see how he fits our system and despite our loses, where he will play. A very strange pick at that point in the draft as there was plenty of better players in there.
Good news is that we could be going against the grain and looking like our next pick could actually be on the O. Talk of us even trading up for a QB. Geno Smith is the obvious choice but there are a few teams looking at him.
