On the appointment/resignation forms, the appointment one is handwritten and signed by what looks like Craig and Charlie (no, not the Reid twins) but the termination was submitted electronically. I reckon Craig got Charlie to sign the appointment form as insurance when the negotiations were taking place and Charlie has now terminated them as a reaction to Craig actually lodging the forms.

Doesn't explain why Worthingtons think Law Financial owns Sevco 5088 though.
Is that, perhaps, the bit that they're actually fighting over? Despite what CH might say, CW says differently and that's why they're going to Court.

Since 5088 hasn't put in an Annual Return yet, we can't check that.

Could be, but I thought the argument was about whether or not Sevco 5088 owned the assets of the late Rangers FC rather than who owned Sevco itself.

Mine too. I wonder if the Worthington thing is just Craigy making a noise to bolster his claim.

It's possible. Sabre-rattling, as Hibs0666 suggested. As I say, nobody can verify or deny that claim at CH.

On the striking-off application, I have another theory. I suspect "somebody" (likeliest is Green) has started that process... perhaps to cover tracks. The 90 days notice has expired, so "somebody else" (CW) must have lodged an objection.

He may just be looking for cash, especially so as he lost the Ticketus case.

Surely litigation, especially over ownership of the stadium etc could result in the gates being locked until it's sorted.

Not to mention the issue of Sevco's SFA license because of the lack of clarity/anomalies in the documentation regarding ownership of the club/company/assets.

Phil Mac is intimating the **** storm is only beginning, and I've learnt whatever you may think of his approach, he's on the ball.

Don't like the guy but you are right. Any whistle blowing Celtic fan in the know would make him their first port of call.

I think it's already been taken care of by others. Remember Chuckie's tribute act weren't able to play any pre season friendlies because they couldn't get a license?

Fit and proper person? They're not even sure who they were meant to check out now!

That seems to be the talk on the webtubes. Wouldn't surprise me to be honest.

Also hearing that a suspension of the zombies shares is imminent. Hope so

We were all getting excited at the liquidation last season. Ideal scenario now is Mordor closed and rotting away while the court proceedings drag out over years. Sevco expelled from Scottish football, and the wailing of the orcs outside the 'big house' for our sexual gratification. (Would do it for me anyway). :-D

    Vinegar strokes imminent?

I have a dream that the final scene in 'huns the motion picture' is one of a packed hunbrox with all the orc legions in full howl, but then it cuts suddenly to a tumbleweed strewn, derelict stadium with nothing but the wind faintly howling to the billy boys - the reality! A Celtic fan is walking his dog on the hallowed hun turf, laughing, until a zombie hand shoots up from the weeds and grabs his leg. I have a dream.

That's been the McGhee's talk through here, in Glasgow, all week! The other part, is that green will be offski completely, next week.

I wonder how this affects them moving to the premier league and the tie up with the Dallas cowboys?

Hopefully because Whyte's claim to the Hunnery might stand up rather than just on account of his big mouth!

So, with Green & Whyte gone, who'll be next? Lex Gold? Jason Orange?

You need to ask why green has left though? Is a huge amount of rubbish about to unfold and they die again?!

Good riddance Green, you ****ing odious ****.

Didn't even try to hide how much of a pr!ck he was, and in the end it's cost him (though he is no doubt much wealthier for his time at Ibrox).

I wonder what'll happen if Whyte wins What implications will that have for everything The Rangers have done this season. Run by people who may not actually own it?

This is all part of the plan I'm afraid. The plan that was to allow rangers to shed their debt and remain a football club. Green has played his part in the orchestrated charade and will now get his payday. This was Minty's plan from the start and so far the only thing that has not gone according to plan has been SPL fans revolting and forcing their clubs to not allow the phoenix straight into the SPL.

next move will be to appoint a "real" Rangers man CEO (Sir Walter D'ebt that towering figure of business acumen), rake in the season ticket money and then taker their place in SPL2 or whatever re-org scheme ogilvie and co will cook up to benefit them.

Once again, only fan power will possibly stop that scheme.
