Is that, perhaps, the bit that they're actually fighting over? Despite what CH might say, CW says differently and that's why they're going to Court. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
Since 5088 hasn't put in an Annual Return yet, we can't check that.

On the striking-off application, I have another theory. I suspect "somebody" (likeliest is Green) has started that process... perhaps to cover tracks. The 90 days notice has expired, so "somebody else" (CW) must have lodged an objection.

Surely litigation, especially over ownership of the stadium etc could result in the gates being locked until it's sorted.
Not to mention the issue of Sevco's SFA license because of the lack of clarity/anomalies in the documentation regarding ownership of the club/company/assets.
Phil Mac is intimating the **** storm is only beginning, and I've learnt whatever you may think of his approach, he's on the ball.

I have a dream that the final scene in 'huns the motion picture' is one of a packed hunbrox with all the orc legions in full howl, but then it cuts suddenly to a tumbleweed strewn, derelict stadium with nothing but the wind faintly howling to the billy boys - the reality! A Celtic fan is walking his dog on the hallowed hun turf, laughing, until a zombie hand shoots up from the weeds and grabs his leg. I have a dream.

I wonder how this affects them moving to the premier league and the tie up with the Dallas cowboys?

So, with Green & Whyte gone, who'll be next? Lex Gold? Jason Orange?

Good riddance Green, you ****ing odious ****.
Didn't even try to hide how much of a pr!ck he was, and in the end it's cost him (though he is no doubt much wealthier for his time at Ibrox).

This is all part of the plan I'm afraid. The plan that was to allow rangers to shed their debt and remain a football club. Green has played his part in the orchestrated charade and will now get his payday. This was Minty's plan from the start and so far the only thing that has not gone according to plan has been SPL fans revolting and forcing their clubs to not allow the phoenix straight into the SPL.
next move will be to appoint a "real" Rangers man CEO (Sir Walter D'ebt that towering figure of business acumen), rake in the season ticket money and then taker their place in SPL2 or whatever re-org scheme ogilvie and co will cook up to benefit them.
Once again, only fan power will possibly stop that scheme.
