"Following the end of the share issue on December 19 we will be reviewing all possible options in order to address the remaining gap if the share issue is not fully subscribed."
Share ISSUE??
I thought it was just Vlad selling 10% of his shares, rather than an actual share issue (like Murray failed with at Rangers)?
If it's just Vlad selling his shares then surely there's no "subscription" targets that need to be met?

Pretty ironic that they refer to us as hobos, when they're evidently the biggest beggars out there.

Is it new shares and do they need to genuinely meet a subscription target .. or is it, as you suggest, just "dressed up" as a new issue?

Can't pay their players on time in October some defer wages - nearly everyone defer's November's salaries yet somehow they'll strengthen the squad from fund raising sums, cakebakes and share sales? Wonder what the players not paid make of that nonsense. The lunatics have well and truly taken over the asylum.
Why anyone would continue to give them a penny is beyond me, yambam or not.

Having said that, he's probably phoning her up every other night as I can't imagine he's getting much excitement any other way.

Do the defered wages need to be paid by a certain date or are they on hold indefinitely?

The SPL suits will probably be relieved to have found a 'get out' from the Jambo financial problem. I don't think we'll hear any more on the subject of non-payment of wages. I suspect that the 'kid-glove' treatment of HOMFC has something to do with the resignation of Stephen Thompson.

yup. I was thinking similar. Thompson trying to exit with a modicum of integrity. not sure yet,as he may come out with a real reason why he walked. Petrie, there's an empty chair waiting
hold on, he would not, would he?

Heard from Celtic fans that one of them was dressed as Jimmy Saville at the Celtic game, either in honour of Graeme Rix or because they were planning on doing a bake off 'for charity' i suppose...
