Ugh, really wanted Cecil Shorts in my line up for this week - sure enough the trade processes after the game and he's scored a respectable 16 points. I was lumbered with Rashard Jennings who scored a measly 2. The fact that I've got THREE Jacksonville players now says a lot about my team I've resigned myself to the fact I'm fighting it out with Scott and DH for a slot in the consolation ladder!

On a brighter note, at least my team is a New England Patriot free zone with that good for nothing Brandon Lloyd out of the team!

Without all of those pesky Patriots in your team, now you've created some space to bring in a leader. A superb QB to lead those outstanding Jacksonville players to the victory they seek. And wouldn't you just know it! Mark Sanchez is available on Free Agency!

Do the right thing AH. Do the right thing...

And I had Shorts on my bench. Glad I picked up Ballard now. Lol.

Tight matchup between me and DH but he still has 3 to go compared to my 2.

I fancy another loss is imminent unless Brady starts finding Welker with some frequency!

Horrible day for me yesterday. Hernandez out again. Just got rid of my backup TE. Picked the wrong WR (Lloyd vs Denarius Moore). Picked wrong Def. I guess you might as well lose in style. Lol.

Best of luck with him mate! Brady seems to target him a lot but he's never put in a huge performance this year.

I'm hoping that the Pittsburgh defense manage to stop Kansas City doing anything tonight and I'll get some degree of revenge for my opening week loss to DH!

Just under a 16 point lead right now with only Dwayne Bowe to see off! Only twice has he exploded this season (against Buffalo and San Diego) so I'm hoping he has a quiet night, though Pittsburgh's pass defense is honking...

I need 4.5 points from Heath Miller against the Chiefs tonight to get a win. It's going to be pretty close, but I'm hoping that a player who has averaged 9.55 points per game will be able to get that against a defence who have conceded 6.7 points per game to tight ends....

Another poor low score from me though, how on earth does Michael Turner only score 1.5 points against the 2nd worse run defence in the NFL for fantasy points conceded and Steven Jackson scores 18.7 points against the 2nd best run defence in the NFL for fantasy points conceded.

I really should have focused more on the rules and traded me some running backs .

I figure he's worth a shot. He's really the Pats only deep threat. Obviously did F all for me this week.

Close run thing in the end, looks like I will end with a negative record for my first fantasy season.

@Haymaker - just made you a trade proposal. Only 10 more days for trades (but you can still add players from FA and the wire).

All I will say to you is that if it's not to your liking, look at my other players. Peyton Manning and AJ Green are untouchable, I'm playing them for the rest of the season. I would consider other players, like Stevan Ridley, but he's higher up the pecking order and would be a totally different trade.

Assuming nobody beats you to them. ;-) I joke but I have been beaten to the punch a couple of times. Not Doug Martin like I thought a few days ago but I did put in a claim for Chris Johnson back when he was still kinda stinky, but I lost out. It's tough at the top. I have a couple of decent players but when I look at some people's rosters, they're stacked with good quality players.

I think three of you have a trade proposal from me, whoring Carson Palmer out to those of you who have inferior QBs (either as starting or backup).

Palmer is in the top 10 (9th) for QB points scored this season and he's rotting on my bench right now. I have suitable backup in Alex Smith so he's surplus to requirements.

You have a suitably concussed backup...

Hes been a good little earner for me. Whatever happens you know hes going to see plenty of the ball.

TSSF, thanks but no thanks. i couldnt draft a Raider just out of principle. Plus Palmer sucks

His points are better than either of your backups but I can see why you think so considering your current starter!

I was robbed I tell you robbed. Bowe had a TD wrongly taken away in the 2nd quarter that would have seriously changed the game and my score.
Like I said before. I ducked up. Thought the game ended after the 9th week so stuck with my team as was well out of it. If I'd realized I'd have traded my RB's.
