Just finished watching it, good win for Michigan but I thought the hokies were a bit unlucky as they looked the better team. Exiting game though

DH has been so quiet on here of late, I didn't quite realise that the Suckeyes lost out in the most major of Bowls, the Gator Bowl, 24-17 to Florida.
What an NCAA season - a Michigan BCS Bowl win, an OSU non-BCS Bowl defeat and a Wolverines victory over both Notre Dame and OSU to boot! What a turnaround season for us - well done insta-legend Brady Hoke!
Been a pretty **** week to be DH actually - both OSU and the NY Jets experience that crumbling feelingMadness, as you know, is a lot like gravity. All it takes is a little push.

I'm still bemused by the Jets moves in the off season and all the crap going on behind the scene in Columbus ment this year was going to be a wash out. To be fair, if anything the biggest surprise is how good you guy's turned out this year. I thought we'd both suck this year. Don't get to used to it though cause I'm expecting things to get back to normal next year and for us to have a big, big season.
As for the Jets, People have to get real. In 20 years of following them the last few years are up there with the best of them and while this year was disappointing it wasn't to be unexpected. One things for sure though, it's going to be one hell of an off season, in Rex we trust.
We might not win the Superbowl next year or the year after but it will happen and when it does it will be all the more sweeter.

I'm not sure what to expect next year in the Big Ten in all honesty - been a good Bowl Campaign for the Big Ten clubs and barring a couple of stupid loses, any one of Michigan, Wisconsin or Michigan State could have been in line for the BCS Championship game, this coming week.
We can only get stronger, as a Bowl win will boost our recruiting strength. We also have a lot of key players who aren't all retiring seniors, so plenty to be optimistic about. I'm not sure what to expect from Ohio State either next year - your reputation is well and truly battered and I'm not sure Fickel is the guy to take you forward - guess it really depends what his staff can do in the off-season recruitment period.
I definitely don't expect much out of us this post-season - we can't keep doing what we've done against both Buffalo and Miami and not pay a price. If we fail to turn up in the first quarter of a playoff game, home advantage or not, against the likes of Baltimore or Pittsburgh, we can forget about it. I fully expect one of those clubs to be the AFC representative in the Superbowl, despite our current advantage!
Also not sure what to expect from us next year - we've seen some good young prospects start to feature this year, but our drafting and transfers really need to focus on sorting out our D, which is nowhere near good enough to be winning Superbowls. More looking forward to the NFC Playoffs than the AFC ones, as there are three really good teams with a shot at making the Championship game - especially looking forward to Detroit vs New Orleans this coming weekend!Madness, as you know, is a lot like gravity. All it takes is a little push.

Falcons getting their asses kicked by the Giants after a slow start, I don't like the idea of them heading up to Green Bay!

Good win again by the Saints last night v the lions, thought stafford + johnson played very well for detroit but they needed to put points on the board after winning those turnovers and didnt, Saints roll on to face the niners which should be alot tighter, fingers crossed already
the dirty birds failed miserably at NY today so all in all with the Hibees winning aswell
