Is this true? My neighbour is a librarian, and is stilla librarian to the best of my knowledge.

Dont believe this to be true
Edit - turns out it is true, and again is utter stupidity. The fact it is one school rather than all schools does tend to suggest that the vast majority of schools accept it as arrant nonsense.

How is this anything to do with "PC"?

Drug addicts are to be fast-tracked to receive NHS treatment within 21 days. The target for cancer patients is 31 days.

Dunno whether to or at some of these.

I suspect most of this is bollox. Ive put a few comments on. Its really just an excuse for you to be outraged about something isnt it?
