Happy anniversary "Origin of the Species"

    Almost forgot!

Two days ago was the 150th anniversary of the publication of Darwins "On the Origin of the Species". Its not hugely easy to read in the original now, but the concepts described opened the door to challenge religion and develop as a secular planet.

    Happy anniversary!

Nah, kinda unlikely, especially if enlightened cooncils like Dundee keep up the good work of de-religionising Christmas and the like.

That's PC gone mad! In this religious, spiritual country we should surely be teaching our kids about god? Oops, sorry, wrong thread.

It would seem you need a wee bit of help here with some if the fundamentals of "the birds and the bees". Would you like some "interesting" websites that may open your eyes?

Darwin was wrong...just how can evolution explain Hearts Supporters? Surely that would be some form of regression?

But in the same vein, they are surely the best evidence for there being no creator, or at the very least there being a creator with one sick sense of humour or who did some of his creating with a b@atard of a hangover.

I'd like to thank Christophe, the original monkey who thought standing up was better than sitting. We owe it all to him.
