TBH, I tend to agree with TornadoHibby - far too early to judge GS.

Stack seems intent on staying on his line. Without the height of Jones we need someone to command the area when it comes to cross balls...Maka is the man for this task!

I did vote for Stack this time but seeing as he has not been here for a long enough period of time it is really hard to make a good judgement!

You should have started this poll in a couple of months time and we might have had a better idea.

Season has basically just started so still time to make decisions on who is better!

Love the juxtaposition. Either he never comes off his line or doesn't judge when to come off his line accordingly.

I'd pick Maka out of those two but it's gutting we couldn't get Szamotulski signed.

It is quite evident from my original post that when I mention Stack not leaving his line it was relation to 'cross balls'.

I don't think there is much juxtaposition between leaving his line for crosses and running out the box for a through ball.

You have to take things less literally

In the context of general football parlance 'staying on your line' mostly relates to 'keepers coming for crosses.

I knew that there were folk on here desperate for Maka to succeed/Stack to fail - I just never realised that there were so many.
