So is it fitting 40 hours into 4 days or do folk expect to be paid the same wages working 30 hours over 4 days as they'd get just now working working 40 hours.
From the limited amount I know of it, workers are paid the same wages for working 1 days worth of hours less and these trials have led to the best return of productivity from the staff.

You could look at it as a 20% pay rise if you want to put a different slant on it?
