There is plenty of info out there for rookies. This is only my third season. There are some rules of thumb but even they vary depending on 8, 10, 12, 14, 16 man leagues. There is no definitive answer because this is a very tough game and anything can happen e.g., Tom Brady being knocked out for the season after only 7 minutes against KC a few years ago. Rookies can explode and dislodge veterans. Lots of moving parts.
