Didn't think I was being particularly negative. Just seems like he is happy with what he has he just needs to add depth in certain areas.
You'd need to take it in the context of everything else he has said about needing to up the quality and bring in the right characters and players who want to play for us. I don't think he is looking for people who are worse than what we have.
