I’ve not received my share letter as well. Come to think of it I’ve had nothing in relation to this like AGM letters, etc, in that time either.

    Then - Light bulb moment!!

I moved house a couple of years ago for first time in 35 years and although I contacted the ticket office to change address details, I’m now assuming the TO has a different database, that doesn’t link to the HFC Ltd shareholders database.

Question therefore - who do I contact to amend address on the club share records?

You do realise one of them has to be signed and returned 😉

Only if I want to authorise/agree with the proposal. I doubt the amount of shares I hold would make any difference so I’ll not bother buying a stamp.

    Late to this discussion.

There was no loan from Bydand in the last accounts, so presumably this was made during the season just ended.

Following on from that, we were told that the £7m loss would be "made good", although there wasn't much clarity about how that would be done. My question would be whether the shares of £3m are part of that. If so, how is the other £4m to be paid in? If not, does that mean we are getting £10m of cash injected?

Is this new capital likely to be what funds the HRC extension or will that come another source?

Got mine today, if I am reading this correctly it means that a £3m loan to Bydand will be repaid using debt for equity and BK, HSL and Leslie Robb will be investing £1.675m into the club as cash for the new shares. Sounds decent enough for our club
    That's my reading of it.

Would imagine it will go to funding any projects including infrastructure. ISTR that the transfer budget is set and ringfenced so I would imagine the Vente money will go to that.

I'm not replying either. I would imagine that the Gordons, BKG, HSL and Leslie Robb have more than sufficient shares to vote this through regardless of what the minor shareholders think.
