Are there any that actually have a cooling element to their build?
Or are they like the old fashioned ones that just blow air about?
I'd like to buy one that actually produces coldness, is really quiet and small. (Invisible would be better in fact because Mrs Jackie doesn't think we need one 😆)
Can the cool dudes of dotnet make any recommendations 😎

I've got the Dyson AM09 Hot and Cold fan. It's great, they're not cheap though.
It definitely cools the air rather than just blowing around the air in the room.

How does a fan actually cool the air without refrigerant and evaperator coils? A fan just fires the air at you at speed surely?
