    Vente to Herrenveen €2m
So £1.7millionish if true, not too bad.

Probably still looking to sell Youan and Miller this window, maybe Levitt seeing as there was talk of interest from Wrexham and he's entering his final year. Could have a good amount of money to play with this window. Freeing up what you'd imagine is three big wages in Vente, Youan and Levitt as well.

Personally I'd be looking to keep Levitt, but I'd understand moving him on if the fee was right.

Hopefully something in this . Imagine getting that sort of fee for Vente and using it to get Triantis . I was on the Heerenveen forum and Vente’s name is mentioned a fair few times on it . Good work in finding another rumour btw

That would be fantastic business for the club. Rumour is we paid 700k so 1.7m would be a decent return for a player that most would consider as being a failure.

Daniel Arzani won’t be joining Hertz as speculated, because he has signed for Hungarian side Ferencvaros.

Incidentally, Ferencvaros have a 36 year old keeper called David Grof.

    Remember him?

Where does all this talk of looking to sell Miller come from?

The chat I read on here is that there was interest in him, not that we were looking to sell him.

Hopefully the start of a wee auction for Vente.

If we got more for him than Sunderland want for Triantis it could become a ridiculously good piece of business.

I wouldn't be adverse to Levitt moving along with the other three. All four are decent, but if we want to kick on and improve, we need players who are a bit more reliable and robust than all of them.

Could be north of £4m for all four if they are sold, which will really help the transfer kitty. Also, with them all having only a small time left of their contracts it's either stick or twist time.

If we want to replicate 3rd and even get close to European games until Christmas these are the types of players who are good, but just not good enough.

Just the fact that it was only the years extension we triggered. So, in his final year now.

Hopefully a few other teams come in for him and we can get it closer to 3 million.

We’ve just had the best 6 months we could have imagined - I think we should be holding onto all the players who gave us that and adding to them - not trying to sell them off.

Agree, I would like to see us extend Levitt's contract. If we can get that kinda money for Vente then I think that should go straight into signing Triantis.

I agree Levitt really came onto his game and I’ll actually say this (tin hat moment) I can’t see captain Newell getting into that midfield (if Nectar resigns)

Newell is bang average. I appreciate he has an influence off the park in the training centre. Long term he is not the answer. We seen from last season he wasn't missed much on the park. I do think every player has their "best before" or "sell by date" and I think his is coming to that point. Longterm if we want to mount a challenge in Europe, then we need to set our stall a bit higher than fielding folk who are not good enough for these levels.

What rubbish. Newell is far from bang average. In a functioning midfield and team structure he will continue to be very effective.

Rangers moving for Mulligan is not anticipated according to Joshua Barrie of the Rangers Review (Hun equivalent of Hibs Observer)

I wonder will we maybe look to move Levitt on and recoup most of what we paid for him with his contract the way it is? NMW is another possibility too . I don’t know about that in if we got Triantis back the midfield could easily be Triantis , Newell and McGrath or maybe Manneh in . I do think we will see our midfield players rotating with two games a week which is why we need a few good options like Newell .

Newell isn’t a good option if he can’t get/stay fit. He’s 32 with recurring hip issues which we can’t get on top of.

Still hopefully quite a few exits to go

    Tavares
    Delferierre
    Vente
    Youan
Ekpiteta / Ohora / Miller I can see a couple leaving there
    Rudi - on a loan

Think we’ll definitely see a midfielder leave as well, maybe NMW, didn’t really get much game time last season. Potentially Levitt with him being in his final year of his contract.

    Plenty movement.

Noah Botic supposedly has interest from Scotland.

23 year old striker who looks a bit of an all rounder

16 goals and 6 assists in 29 games this season.

    Wonder if it’s us.

Can’t see is losing another 2CHs especially with Rocky unlikely to stay. That would leave us well short on defensive options, never mind cover.

Newell was absolutely central to the early part of that turnaround.

It could be argued that his impact was as big as anybody’s.
