Admin- posts not showing paragraph breaks?

Recently whenever I post, the final displayed post has started to scrunch all the text into one long block of words without the paragraph breaks I inserted.Any ideas how to fix this? I am using Ipad with latest updates etc.—-See, did it again! That was 3 paragraphs when I composed it…
