    that was poor from scotland

england win another turnover 4-1 now

brilliant from Redpath and then again VDW try great conversion again 24-13

still a long way to go

    penalty england 24-16

luckily all Scotland errors are not getting punished, for now

    penalty Scotland 27-16

get the next points and i'll be confident :)

penalty Scotland 30-16 brilliant kicking from russell today

yet another mistake by scotland from the english restart this time punished try england, england right back in it, thankfully con missed 30-21

    we're not helping ourselves here

    scrum Scotland 9 mins remaining
Huge 5 plus minutes. England have brought on pace and it has worked.

Another bit of indiscipline from Scotland. We need some possession and try to slow game down.

    England on the front foot.

    Nerves starting to kick in

Once again superb ruck but drop the ball

Phew - nae sweat really in the end 😅

What a strange game, it was littered with knock ons and there was no real pattern of play but in the end we just merited the win thanks to Finn's immaculate kicking and of course Duhan's brilliant hat trick of tries.

What a magnificent stadium Murrayfield is when it's rammed to capacity like it was today.

Yep the ramifications from that now clearer. Great win for Scotland Duhan has such a brilliant record v England

Just about recovered. What a day at Murrayfield! Duhan is quite simply unbelievable, whoever identified him and got him over here deserves a knighthood!

don't get me wrong i don't think we will beat Ireland but finishing runners-up would have been great

French players advancing towards the kicker, not once but twice and the ref does nothing? It’s a penalty not a conversion they are supposed to be 10m back with their hands at their side, standing still. Should have been retaken, French lucky, again!!

He's been a bit of a tabloid tart recently. I think that's the second "disturbance" this year, and then there's the shenanigans of his private life....

Fair chance he was likely provoked given his personal life but no excuse he more than anyone would likely expect it. Bit odd the way it has worked out for him in terms of both career and private life. Assume has had a fair number of injuries to make him retire sooner than most would have expected.

The press are saying the disturbance was outside his ex-wife's house. Read into that what you will.

A turgid performance in less than great conditions at The Hive tonight, but a 19-15 win for Edinburgh against Ospreys. Thank goodness for the boot of Ben Healy!

good win for Glasgow at Benetton FT 9-19, Glasgow top at least until Leinster play later this evening at Cardiff

Looking forward to tomorrow. Really like the look of the team, few changes but still strong. Horne, Christie and Redpath are all exciting options to bring in.

2 tries from Duhan tomorrow will break the record, 15/4 with Bet365.

I have a feeling it's going to be a disappointing day tomorrow. We really need a BP win, and that Italian team look bloody good on paper. We also realistically need to hope England do us a favour, or it's competition over by 7pm tomorrow...

Italy u20's clobber Scotland 47-14 Scotland bottom of the table with just one point, a bonus point, we really are so far behind at that level

no doubt another hammering awaits against an Ireland side next week going for the title after they scored an injury time Try against England for the draw 32-32

Pretty shameful result for Scotland that. Obviously something seriously wrong with the development path.

Watched the game last night. Alarming how easily we were overrun.

Scotland age groups have been pish for years now. And it's all down to the SRU ignoring grass roots club rugby. I say this constantly but club rugby is gubbed in Scotland because growing grass roots is not one of Dodsons main KPIs. Anyway, Rome is full of Scots fans today. Between 15 to 20 thousand apparently

Easy peasy for Scotland here. Playing it perfectly. 3-14
