Think the best thing SDG could do for his managerial career is to take on a number 1 job with a team a bit further down the leagues.

We've blooded a good few acamedy players this seasonwith varying success. Personally not buying the playing the kids till the end of season line. 5 games left and should be approached as the same importance as every other league game. Fans havent bought season tickets to watch the Development Squad. Of course you could have taken that stance if in sheer frustration youve declared youre not attending again this season but i'd be rather watching the strongest Hibs team possible.

How much influence do you think David Gray has? Very little I suspect. Funny thing is when he’s been in charge we’ve done ok. I’m not advocating him getting the job but if NM goes he should defo be given the ropes till the end of the season.
