Mixture. It half emptied as soon as the goal went in. Of those left, the folk that always clap were clapping. The rest made their feelings known.

It DOES mean there will be far less in the budget to build a new team for whoever the manager is. Disconect with the support, attendances down, season tickets down and gap to Hearts which was already big made bigger.

Also means we start season early in league cup which will hamper us both for that competiton and the league.

Any of this 'glad to be in bottom 6' 'blessing in disguise' is misplaced frustration.

It is a disaster for the club and massive set back to next season.

Forgot about the league cup group stages ! We all know how that went with LJ last time and part time teams and admin errors.

Financially the club will lost a lot of money but it’s their own fault for recruiting wrong manager and not signing the players we needed in January. 20 year olds and 21 year olds at Centre back was never going to be the answer. That’s alongside playing a 16 year old right back in games and sticking to 4-4-2 for months when it was obvious to the average punter it wasn’t working.

Getting rid of the manager won't cost that much .
It's the size of player recruitment required that is scary. However it must be done starting at the back .
