Could be Stevenson and/or Hanlon's last game for Hibs. Maybe unlikely to see them both starting in the same match together.

Stevenson has been offered a deal. He was offered a deal and wanted to take it last summer actually, however he was advised to stay on his current one.

Is the laddie that scored for us the one who went from Hamilton to Leeds last year?

Never even knew this game was on. Shame.

Hadn't heard his name before and when trying to find out about him it was the only name I could find.

Poor turnout from hibs fans tonight but well worth going too. Some of the best football we have played all season from the young lads.

Aparently Monty took the whole squad although only Fish the regular starter to feature.

Some nice touches from Jair and glad he got a goal and assist for Hanlons goal on a plate. Nice bursts of pace. That was after settling down with some wayward shot blasted to the stand. He brought the team over to the fans. I know he divides opinion but I’m still hoping he comes good. I think he’s possibly trying too hard. In anycase Raimundo will see that we give him the best chance to resurrect himself after the managerial void that was LJ.

Agree. Thought all the young lads looked comfortable on the ball and a good amount of pace all round.

They've only gone and done it! They've only gone and won the Scottish Cup! What kept you, Hibs?!

Couple of my mates were at the game and said it was a bit of a bizarre spectacle. Raith very much treating it as a testimonial playing at walking pace and bringing on their management team for a cameo. Hibs youngsters apparently playing at a real tempo and clearly trying to impress our gaffer.

I'd assume there would have been a discussion pre match about how each team would approach the game so no one would have been caught off guard. If we have played at a proper pace then it's good minutes in the legs for the young lads and fringe players which is welcome.
