We got a pen in about the 95th minute circa 2001 to beat Dundee Utd 1-0. Very soft with Matty Jack deemed to have had his foot stood on. IIRC Alan Combe then booted the ball out the ground in anger, but I might be mixing that up with another incident.
Latapy scored the pen.Last edited by He's here!; 09-02-2024 at 09:23 PM.

Cant remember which hearts player, but McGregor robustly challenged/walloped him just inside the hearts half as they were attempting to break out from a corner (I think). Commentators thought he could be off but the ref went straight to a yellow, pretty sure Darren moved back into position looking particularly smug

Tam Mcmanus won a penalty at Dens and lying on his front with his arms stretched out, his hands weren't inside the box. Penalty Hibs.
Poetic.

The other skol cup semi - Airdrie v Dunfermline. Ref gives a penalty for handball against jbo Jimmy Sandison. It hit his chest, outside the box 😂😂

I remembers Hibs getting a penalty for nothing at Tannadice, fair tackle on Eddie May, and Stevie Cowan missing the penalty anyway.
