Apparently one of the older guys started having a go at Whittaker in the canteen. Whittaker looked to Youan for support but he was doing stepovers on the table at the opposite end of the room.

The club will probably book Dubai again for some team building after the rammy.

On a serious note, I’m glad the players have had a go at each other as it shows some of them care. We need fight in this team now, no shrinking violets and players that don’t fancy it!

Yeah, i can see that hes struggled for form of course, along with the rest of them. I can think of no-one in the team that is playing well. But I cant believe some folk are ripping him for lack of effort. Levitt and Youan, yes.

I cant believe it myself, but my season ticket is probably going to lie unused tonight. I also have two tickets for Inverness that i probably wont use. Cold, tired after work, cant face the bus trip home, no confidence in anything the club are doing. Even the new signings enthusiasm has waned. A home game under the lights against that lot was something i would be champing at the proverbial bit for, now its a different story. Hopefully ill be proved to be the chump i am and we’ll horse them. (Any other equestrian metaphors gratefully received)
Hope we don't ride slipshod tonight.

Thats the thing with metaphors, you can lead a horse to water, but you cant make him drink it.

Worrying thing is, why was this leaked out. Or was that deliberately done.

We need to ensure that Celtic get neigh chances to score tonight by ensuring the defence stands resolute and let Boyler gallop up the wing

Theres something unpleasant behind this visceral dislike of our player. I cant put my finger on it but he gets a harder time as an individual than he deserves. Its like the short-lived 4/5 matches of good form annoyed the folk who slagged him early days, so they stored up the pus and bile and it explodes in posts like that.
Honestly couldn't agree more. Some folk just flat out don't seem to like him and I've been thinking the same as you the past few weeks, can't figure out why.

There’s definitely a section of supporters who he will never win over.

Half the team weren’t even in Dubai and some of the ones who were have now left.

Boyle came back and probably wondering who all his new team mates were.

I think the hype around his announcement when he signed didn’t help, a lot of folk thought we’d signed the next Ronaldinho. That’s not his fault of course, he has been underwhelming though. I feel sorry for him.

Last thing we need is a split in camp cmon lads sort this out
Didn't we have a similar situation a decade or so ago when we brought in a shedload of loans. Same claims of lack of heart, effort and commitment. Monty & Hibs need to get this sorted out asap.

Wee bit of a rammie. Bless.

Hope Tavares didn't break a finger nail. If he did he will be out for tonight.
If theres one thing Jair can’t be accused of, it’s not trying. He’s got a good attitude and tries to get to the byline and get a ball across the face of goal.

Whether he’s good enough or not is a matter of debate but that’s poor.

There must have been too much horsing around in Dubai given the performances since their return.

I’m expecting them all to run out tonight in Bash Street Kids esque stookies, crutches, bandages on heids and at least one in a wheelchair following this almighty scrap that has supposedly taken place.

I'm similar - going down the local to watch on the TV. I have an ST but after Saturday I'm thinking - well - if THEY can't be arsed then neither can I!

Hoping they prove me wrong and win at a canter

jair one of the biggest shysters the guy offers nothing. He wouldn’t even get on the bench for hearts or Aberdeen we need better than him.

There’s a lot to be said for nuanced observations in football.
