I was at the game and saw the incident. Celtic wanted to take a quick free kick. LJ was standing pitch side at the edge of his technical area. The ball was thrown from the Hibs dug out from behind him. He had nothing to do with it but took the booking for it. Now we have clowns like Kenny Miller who admits to not seeing it calling LJ out for his dirty tactic in trying to slow the game down.

It's just another distraction from the issue of the quality or lack of quality regarding our referees and VAR controllers.

It's now quite common to see two balls on the pitch at the same time thanks to the quick throw tactic employed by so many teams.

We've been done with the two balls in the pitch before and it's infuriating, and I'm all for us having a bit of ****housery about us from time to time

Apparently LJ is now in the stand for Motherwell game. I think the coach is held responsible if the ref cant identify those responsible. What I thought was ridiculous at Parkhead was the pathetic ball being immediately thrown on the pitch by the ball boys. If i was Marshall would have found it difficult not to boot the ball into the stand when a shot goes past the post and another ball immediately at his feet.

Pretty ridiculous that he ends up with a touch line ban for something he didn’t do though.

I'm confused. How many yellow cards has he had this season. Why has he got a touchline ban for a yellow card and not a red?

Has he accumulated too many yellows or something?
