    UK Open Darts

Great performance from Anderson to beat Wade 10-8, great first day of darts. Huybrechts for Gary in the next round.

Best I've seen him for a while, venue is nice and close to home for him so he gets to sleep in his own bed , he's never been a fan of hotel life

Anderson blows it on the doubles once more. Was out the game, hit a purple patch to put himself on the brink of victory and then missed darts in crucial legs and lost.

His career in a nutshell I suppose.

Great performance by Ritchie Burnett yesterday, rolling back the years against Peter Wright.

Gilding beats Van Gerwen...who would have predicted that. Brilliant performance.

Hopefully he can afford to get these teeth fixed now!

His interview after the semi final put me off watching the final. I couldn't stomach another glimpse of those gnashers.

Aye it was horrible. If I saw anyone like that I'd assume they had chronic halitosis!

Managed to avoid the result so been watching the tournament over the course of the week, certainly an unforeseen outcome to say the least. Classic result for the bookies.
