I've currently got an OBDII plugged into car and connected through the Torque app.

I've run the diagnostics and it's coming back telling me that there are no fault codes available even though there are a couple there. Am I missing something?

I was taking a look at these readers recently as I had a couple of weird faults reported on the dash. It seemed that in the main they only report codes from the engine management system, so if there's faults in the ancillary systems you might not see anything reported. It seems like you need the manufacturer diagnostics to see everything.
